Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a Store Credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). ***PLEASE NOTE: Defective item does not mean human or equipment error. Sublimation is a trial and error process and not an exact science. All substrates are different. Time, temperature & pressure can vary based on different ink, paper and heat presses used. They are not all created equal. It may take some trial and error in order to find the correct settings for your equipment.
You will receive your store credit within 48 hours of us receiving your order that was returned. ***Please Note: All custom cut orders are NOT returnable and all sales are final. Custom cut means any size item not listed on our website. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
